** The Inside Out Classic 10K will be the designated Grand Prix race.  If one choses to run the 5K or half marathon event, their finish time will be factored as follows:

5K Time x 2.08642 Men and 2.082 Women

HM Time x .4538 Men and .452 Women

In the event of a tie (to the whole second), the 10K runner will receive the higher points.
